Potatoes and celery root they build a soft contour, with a more marked vegetal note given by the root, and the Parmigiano Reggiano adds a savory, creamy finish. Pepper, garlic, onion, and parsley round out the flavor profile without overpowering the taste of the salt codThe recipe is indicated as Trentino in the data provided, even though the name recalls a Trentino denomination. The service with polenta of corn makes the dish even more balanced and satisfying.
